Frequently asked questions

Do users completing checks have to pay to access CHEKD?

No. The people who are completing the checks on any site will never have to pay to access and use CHEKD.

I only have one forklift and one attachment, how much is CHEKD for me?

Any site with 5 or fewer pieces of equipment requiring checks will qualify for the FREE tier. You only start paying to use CHEKD when you have 6 or more items requiring checks.

Are there any hidden or additional fees on any of the plans?

No. Our transparent pricing shows the exact amount you pay per site unless you require a bespoke solution – even then we will confirm the monthly pricing which will not change over your subscription, whatever the length.

What support is available after we subscribe to CHEKD?

The level and method of support depends on the plan you have however everyone will receive a short onboarding call and if it’s a genuine emergency the team is on hand to help you anytime.

Where is my data stored?

All data submitted to CHEKD is stored in the cloud and is backed up onto cold storage depending on your plan. This means that you will always have access to your data.
